Our Work Principles

We start with you.

Before any decisions are made about platforms, colors or social media channels, we learn everything we possibly can about you and your world through an intensive period of questionnaires, interviews, introspection and market research. At the end of the process, we deliver a set of reports that will summarize what we’ve learned, what opportunities we see and what paths forward we recommend taking.

We work immersively.

At JEH Creatives, we don’t view ourselves as outside consultants who reluctantly join conference calls or fly in with imposing directives. We think of ourselves as an extension of your team. That means we’re ready for conversations, we work collaboratively and we show up (in-person) for meetings whenever we’re invited.

We function as a collective.

JEH Creatives is a nimble team of campaign strategists, designers, developers, brand experts, market researchers, photographers, writers, videographers and engagement experts who are rotated in and out of projects to make sure our clients always have the right person for the job. All of us working under one digital roof means clients don’t have to worry about coordinating among agencies, competing visions or having multiple points of contact.

We act as concerned citizens.

Our Philadelphia-based team members are your neighbors who share empathy for your mission and think of ourselves as stakeholders. It also means we are local and can have fruitful face-to-face meetings.

We harness the strength of our networks.

Because we believe in the missions of our clients, we use our professional, philanthropic, policy and personal networks to further their causes and goals—an advantage that can help make impossible print deadlines, catch a reporter’s attention or get the right policymaker’s ear.
